1.8 vs 1.16 Combat

Anyone else prefer the newer combat to the old one? Personally I think the game being less about PVP and more about survival is what I enjoy.

I like pvp 1.16 better, I don't like pvp without delay

I prefer the old combat just because I got used to it for such a long time and the delay makes it feel wrong for me

I prefer the 1.16 pvp because its very modern pvp the 1.8 is very old.

I might get hate for this but 1.16 combat is better. It is more advanced than 1.8 combat because you actually have to time your hits. I don't like how 1.8 combat was just spam clicking. You also have a lot more to use in 1.16 like shields and tipped arrows.

I played 1.7.10 modded aton so the 1.16 combat is better new to me, however I am enjoying it quite abit.

I prefer 1.8 all day, it's honestly way better with all the new stuff compared to older versions.

1.8 isn't comparable to new combat. It's so much more fun to fight people without the stupid cooldown and shield negating your hits.
