You do not they are simply images right? Plus you can always check iconarchive and or similar icon sites.

If you're wanting packs, here's a simple method I've found on doing them yourselves.
Just find an image online. A PNG works best. Download it, go to any resizing website, then resize it to a 32x32 size.
Download it again and upload it to your awards folder. It works really well.
