With the recent release of Facebook's Oculus Quest, it had me thinking.

Are VR games any good and do they give you motion sickness or headaches?

VR is great as long as you keep your expectations in check. Smooth locomotion will give you motion sickness the first few times, but you can get past it just through exposure. VR games are easily some of the most fun I've had in a game in a while, just don't expect anything insane from it, it's still very new tech.

A great game came out from Valve. Alyx is called, if I remember correctly

Keeping expectations in check are definitely a big thing with VR. If possible maybe try out VR at an arcade if you already haven't. Personally I got burned out quickly.

I would look up art exhibitions; I get lost exploring museums and art installations released on steam.

I imagine that any VR game is good which has nice HD graphics and a low pace/ not much action, movement going on in order to prevent motion sickness. Probably one of those adult games out there where you interact with NPCs or just take a more passive role and watch some NPCs dancing.
