It really depends how you're measuring a super power doesn't it? Because in many ways, China is already it.

China can literally throw tons of people toward any enemy. They dont' even need weapons, most countries don't have enough bullets to defeat chinese.

that really depends how you define a superpower.

i think this just a fantasy. it's hard to happen next 30 years.

I agree with the people saying it already is. They have the technology and the economy of a superpower. As far as people saying most of the county is in poverty , America has a lot of that too.

Hopefully they join in and ban nukes along w/ Nato/Russia like most other places did today.

China will - whether you like it or not - become the next superpower in the next decades

Do not discredit India, they are the fastest growing in a number of fields, including population.

Well their communist mentality isn't gonna bring them anywhere so if they want to lead, they'll have to step up their game.
