You can use 000webhost but its not free after 1 week and there is an ad of webhost at the bottom right in the loading screen...

I know this thread is super old, but back when I was running servers I would just use github. I don't exactly remember word for word/step by step how to do it, but you basically edit all your settings, upload a repo, and then use a website to get the raw git link.

A lot of servers use it, mainly because of simplicity and its very easy to put on your server!
