HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I recommend to everyone atleast 7-8, and DO NOT SLEEP on your free days, it will ruin your sleepschedule

I sleep 8 hours a day and then feel sluggish.

5 or 6 on a good day depends on the work schedule tho

I sleep about 6 hours a day, but hey, coffee and other junk does the job.

uhhhh maybe like 6-7 hours... or closer to 12 hours on the weekend? i also sometimes nap too!

I try to sleep for 8 hours, sometimes even during the day I fall asleep

Six hours is the usual for me, any longer and I end up feeling ill.

eight hours, but i don't feel good enough and I think that is to much, day have 24 hours, 24-8=16, only 16 hours i live per day
