How to play against Singed?

What I do if he is doing proxy?

Get your jungler to help out, and try to farm under your turret. He'll have to choose between spending too much time running around and not getting farm or giving up free kills.

Just play Tahm Kench top and get Magic resist and health items you counter. atleast that works with me.

Don't run after him. Get help from your jungle and catch him early. Just farm under tower and chill.

Try to go with a range top laner, you can also ask for a gank. But do not chase him or you will mostly die lol

Singed is a funky one, he is tanky and he also is very very fast. Don't forget his poison. Number one rule on league of legends is to not chase a singed. To answer your question on how to beat him is to ask for ganks from your jungler since singed would do something called proxying your lane where he goes behind the tower and kills minions, with your jungler you two should be able to get him.

Either a ranged top hero, or someone with heavy regen/recovery. Just last hit and sit back waiting for your jungle/mid to pay him a visit.
