I agree with most that Red Giant is the best and most essential, not to mention the versatility it offers.

If you are a video editor, I am sure that you would have gotten noisy footage/video. NEAT VIDEO plugin is a must for denoising footage. It provides magical results too. It's a mandatory plugin for your arsenal in editing. Apart from Red Giant Plugins (Which a lot of you recommended), there is one more plugin that should be mentioned here and that would be FILMCONVERT NITRATE (it has one of the best film looks that I could think of) and you could download camera specific color profiles from their website as well to further enhance those film looks. No one talked about audio plugins here, try ACCUSONUS ERA5 BUNDLE and IZOTOPE OZONE 9, I use them on a regular basis to recover and master the audio files. It's very easy and intuitive to use with lots of presets to make your sound professional. Everyone thinks, MOCHA PRO is mostly for tracking stuff, but you could actually stabilize video footage as well (Where Warp stabilizer fails miserably). I have saved several footages using the plugin. If you are on MAC, then there is one awesome color grading plugin called CINEMAGRADE (you click on the footage and directly manipulate color rather than slides or values). It's pretty cool and intuitive to use (from the videos that I have seen, Windows user here). Hope this helps.

Hi, I would also say Red Giant. You can combine and create lots of crazy effects!
