There would always be some form of requirements but I'll be honest, an application tells me you're interested. I then personally look more into what you can offer the team other people can't. A lot goes into selecting team members, even sectional moderators.

Maaaaan I would honestly be so down to do this with you right now. But my energy levels are super low,I have my last exam in 2 days and I have to do like 100 posts,assuming Yuun doesn't join in.
