i usually sleep the correct amount of time, 8hrs give or take, but it takes me sooo long to fall asleep, like up to 3hrs just laying in bed some nights

I usually sleep from 7am-1pm. Night owl for sure!

i go to bed at 12 and wake up at 8;50 or go to bed at 10 and wake up at 7

On a good day 9 hours, normally 6-7 though

I need to sleep at least 7 hours.
