Before I'd go with uMatrix, but that got discontinued, so uBlock Origin is what's left.

nano blocker was the best but now ublock origin

I personally already have a block on my browser which is integrated

i use the classic AdBlock on google chrome

use brave browser, it will block ads automatically, its very easy to use

just use any ad blocker thats rated good on chrome store dude

Use uBlock Origin if you don't have a top tier computer. It's really lightweight. In alternative you can block the hosts directly from windows.
