HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep for about 8 hours, but I always wake up tired for some reason

I usually try to sleep more than 7 hours, but my sleep is not regulated.

But I am adjusting a time to sleep and waking up to regulate again.

I usually sleep like 4-6 hours in a day, between the school and my hobbies I don't have any life remanning haha

Between 5 - 9 hours most nights myself

Usually around 5 hours i try to get more but sometimes i just cant fall asleep

I. sleep 5 hours a day, I'm too sleep deprivedd

some days 8-9 hours other days like 3 hrs

It's always either 3 or 9

Due to covid I've had more opportunities but typically around 5-6.
