Is being lesbian/gay bad?

yeaaah unfortunately mean people exists in both "sides" they insult each others but the "silent majority" need to be less silent and scream everywhere that every human only want love !

All depends on the person you ask imo. People seem to have pretty different opinions nowadays.

It depends on the side you choose to look at it from. On the moral\ethic side it's neither good or bad, it just is a personal trait. And yes, gay pairs often adopt children if they can't have their own, but being raised in a gay family isn't good because society, so it adds up to zero. From the biological perspective if you aren't reproducing your genome then it means that you are ending your own "species". Lesbians have some advantage over gays because they at least can have some "genetic material" from sperm bank, but on the other hand it's not your partner's genes, so it's kinda lame if you ask me. Society in it's majority is often homophobic and it will be that way for at least a century(partially thanks to left wing fighters, they are mostly inadequate and they give bad opinion about gay people). It is also pretty hard to find yourself a partner if you happen to not have one

Overall i think it's not bad for the others, but it's bad for them. I myself am a bisexual and i chose to be this way because personality is the only thing that matters to me as long as nothing negative outweights it, though i think i was in some way predisposed to it. Personally i don't believe in "they're born this way" bullshit, but i don't think it's a choice either, in my opinion it's pure psychology, and indeed a complex one because orientation is a concept, that lies deep within personality.

I've never seen it as a bad thing. I don't understand why anyone would. What 2 other human beings do shouldn't concern you. They are happy, let them be.
