I have to go with Apple here.
I will recognize just how much Apple's specs are surpassed regularly by Android phones, but that's not really the deciding factor for me.
I've mostly used just Apple phones and Samsung phones and while Samsung is way better on paper, at actual usage iPhone just performs way better for me. The specs are good enoughto not leave me disappointed and the software always leaves me satisfied. It's comfortable to use, and the non-JVM apps run way better. That's pretty much it. Apps just work better and the software is more comfortable.

Cameras are way better on Samsungs though ^

I Prefer Them Both.....Android is so much open source you have control over everything...but apple is closed source so you just do basic stuff in there, Apple Has better cpu performance which is pretty much faster

I enjoy Apple as I love iOS with a Jailbreak. I tried Android but the things I like about tweaks on iOS weren't present in Android and if they were they weren't actively developed or had bugs.

i prefer android because as a student, you can get a lot of 3rd party apps which is unfortunately note the case in ios.

Android for the win, I use to have apple for a long time, got tired of always having a dead battery and terrible CPUs. Now I have none of these issues

Apple all the way. I am a hardcore computer user, don't use my phone to anything beyond photos and chatting.
