I second this, this was a very brutal and gore type of movie but it was amazing. Just letting you know as a warning OP.

Watch Parasite or Internal Affairs - both foreign movies but they're great

My personal favorites are Godfather 1 and 2, Avengers Endgame (and the rest of the MCU), Last Unicorn (I cry every time), Lord of the Rings, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
