I can do about 45 pushups in a row but after that I just get tired, how can I do more?

put your hands forward, so it would be easier to do more push ups. Another tip is to separate your hands and try not to go too deep

Why would you want to do more than 45 push ups in a row haha You should probably think about increasing the intensity to fail after 8-15

Do 45 for a few weeks every day and you'll be able to do more after

Move on to weighted dips push ups are good but if you have access to more stuff you can really go extreme with your training.

You can try different variations of pushups and always push for challenges. This eventually increases your strength. But, always remember to rest up properly =)

i cant even do 10, 45 sick tho

idk try out getting more stamina or do half reps first after 45

i can do 25 but i f i train i can do 50 if i try

Similar like 38-48 depending on the pace

Try doing other workouts that build muscle in your forearms.
