play safe, rush seeker`s armguard if you`re vs ad, otherwise rush magic resistance vs ap, freeze the lane and wait for ganks. Try not to trade that much in early, just farm for items and roam whenever you`ve got the chance

dont be agressive if u are strong enough you cant start going to other lanes

I play akali.
The trick in early trades is to hit someone with the tip of your q and quickly backstep to activate your passive, then use it and depending on their answer, either go back, or start fighting inside of your stealth.

It depends on your lane matchup. If you have a weak early game/tough matchup, id advise that you watch your energy consumption, energy usage can be a nightmare into an abusive ranged matchup early. Dont over extend. Play around your shroud. I like to use it to help if there is a stacked wave since most time they are shoving. (That also depends on your jungler and whether they will play for your lane/are an early ganker with cc).

You shouldn't be aggressive, especially lvl 1. Don't trade before 3. She also had a lot of changes to her abilities, which made her more mid game-late game champion, instead of early game.
