Azure Dreams! That game was my first dip into roguelike dungeon games. Still love it nowadays.

I'd say legend of mana. But there are lots of good games on ps1.

Crash Bandicoot 3 cause that was the first game I got for the original PS1

Anyone remember a lesser known Star Gladiator. loved that at the time.

I only used to play a few times on my friend's PS1 back in the day (always been a PC person), but have to go with Final Fantasy 2. A classic.

OOOHHH MEMORIES! Best PS1 game for me then surely is Front Mission 3. It's got that classic JRPG tactics feels but at the same time the modification of the character's wanzers (mechas) were just wow. I just wish they continued it and made more of it.
