That looks like my little niece or nephew messing with the eraser on photoshop LMFAO.

Ever try to take a panoramic image with your phone? this is the same effect.

Crazy how we've gone a long way and have a HD picture of what Mars surface looks like.

another thing to consider that we are all very used to the style of 3D rendering by now

so when youre looking at the photos, your brain will try to put the patterns its receiving into context, and since its probably more familiar with looking at 3D renders than it is the specific image style of rovers Mast Camera and its rendering process, you will end up reading the image as 3D.

that was terribly explained im sure but hopefully some of it made sense

Mars is so similar to earth in many ways. It's actually shocking, the temperature, the ground, the seasons. It's very cool I can't wait to receive more images from perserverence today :D

were just used to more detail bc of grass or buildings etc being near but mars is more barren rite

I want new photo and video from helicopter at Mars. They May be we can see something impressive.

You guys think all pictures of Mars are fake??
