Got scammed

Yeah so someone scammed me $10 paypal in an exchange for their steam account

He got the money, I got the account, and about 2 days later he recovered/hacked it back.

Of course he's gone but he's retarded and the steam password he gave me is the same one on his main gmail

Should I fuck him over? (also I chargebacked on paypal lel)
