I don't think a war of that scale could happen with the pandemic going on. Who would even fight in such a war?

With how Biden is controlling this country and its relations with other countries, kinda. World War, no. Tension beyond, yes.

The current global order will inevitably collapse, as all have in history - capitalism is facing accelerating crisis so the collapse of US hegemony, maybe even the nation state model is plausible in our lifetime. It could certainly take longer, but climate change and ecological collapse will cause unprecedented crisis. Basically, we need a program of mutual disarmament, and transition beyond capitalism and liberal democracy to a multipolar, climate-oriented postcapitalist system

Nah don't think it will happen, civil wars deffinatly but a war that Involves most if not all countries I don't think is likely.

With how quickly China, Russia, and the US are developing hypersonic missiles, how much tension now exists between these three countries, and the coming climate crisis, I think it could happen. Except the war is probably going to be fought over stuff like water and usable farmland. Or, all three countries will cooperate/compete to create greener, ecofriendly programs and initiatives.

I used to think we were taking part in one already, all the hacking stuff going on... plus the covid now... it's been a while we are in the middle of the battlegrounds haha
