I have already tried with other browsers such as tor browser opera firefox and google browser.

Don't know what to tell you really. I can assure you the site is up- you can use an external site to check if its down, eg. Check-host

I checked the host and here is the result https://check-host.net/check-http?host=h...t.xyz/gmod. you can link with Google drive or Yandex ?

The files are hosted locally, not on any drive- sorry.
