I'm pretty sure the wither is the hardest boss, I mean you can't just bow it, well, you can, but it's far more difficult than defeating the enderdragon.

I would say that the ender dragon would be the hardest boss, not in terms of it being hard to take down, but because of how annoying the mechanics are for the fight. Especially with having to destroy all the crystals. But other than it being annoying, I would say it is more difficult than the wither, due to having to destroy all the crystals and stuff.
