Moral is subjective, but if it's with consent and both were happy to some degree, I can't see any problem with it!

It's plainly wrong, point blank. I can't see myself trying to leech onto someone 20 years older than me and calling it love. Sorry, it's a no from me.

every situation is unique but imo there can't be much to talk about. like how u gonna be 38 and relating to/having more than superficial things in common with a 19 year old? idk

Half your age + 7 is OKay; below that it's morally debatable.
In this case: 38/2 = 19 + 7 = 26 is the youngest that would be OK

Legal but kinda weird, she's still a teenager. If she was 25 and the guy was in his 40s it would be more okay.

It's legal, but probably not great due to the power dynamic that comes with such a large age difference.
