Hey there, new member but 3 years fitness / b builder here. I want to ask, does anyone used muscletech clear muscle supplement? Did you really gain from it or is it just placebo? I'm reading that betator is a myth.
Started taking it a few weeks ago, and haven't seen much of a difference imo. The clinical trials they provide do seem appealing, so I'll stick with it.

Hi guys. The threads old, but I just wanted to ask a follow-up question. Does anyone of you use peptides? I was told they are a pretty cool thing to start with and then proceed to protein. They are like a light version or something. You can also choose a peptide that has particularly good healing properties or the one that is especially good for your skin. I have already ordered some from https://paradigmpeptides.com/ and hope that they will help me get my life and workout in order. They look promising, and the description is thorough.

I haven't seen good reviews about the MT clear muscle supplement, so I decided not to risk it and better not to take it. I wanted to increase my muscle mass, but I didn't know-how. Specifically, I didn't know acre would be the right supplement for this. After talking to some fitness trainers and after a lot of days surfing the Internet, I found this website - https://www.healthcanal.com/nutrition/be...uscle-gain, where 5 testosterone options boosters will help me increase my muscle mass. I have been taking them for over half a year, and the results are already visible. I recommend them!
