HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

7 hours usually.
But I rest time will 10 hours

This is a relative question. But in general I like to have somewhere between 6-8 hours of sleep.

I try to sleep as much as possible with lockdown and all that now, around 8-11 hours or so
