$20 is not much so I would just keep it and see if it grows. Though it will never go up by crazy amounts.. or just cash out and get a gift card like others are saying.

Just exchange it for another less-known coin which could have the potential to 10x during the bullrun. Even $20 can grow into a sizeable fortune as we've seen with dozens of other coins. Gambling is just dumb in my opinion.
