my favorite romance anime is chuniibyou as i can relate with it a lot, and it is also very funny to watch too. i recommend watching if you have not.

I haven't watch many romantic anime, probably the closest anime I watched that is romance is Kenshin.

Golden time

Starting his life as a law student in the city, Tada Banri got lost on his first day trying to get to school. Luckily, he meets another guy named Mitsuo Yanagisawa, who is in the same situation as him. Then, a beautiful girl named Kaga Kuko suddenly appears and whips a bouquet of flowers across Mitsuo's face. Oddly enough, Kuko is Mitsuo's childhood friend who is too infatuated with him. Trying to get rid of her, Mitsuo enters school, but Kuko manages to track him down. Now Banri is involved in their dismantling, and he has to change the course of these incredible events
