Is there a way to do 1v1 Warzone?

I'd like to 1v1 a friend in Warzone but I couldn't find a way to do it.

Is there any way to do so, like a custom 1v1 game?

there is no way to 1v1 in warzone unless you purchase the full game and create a custom lobby in MW.

I don't play that game, I don't like it very much

there is not. You have to have atleast 25 people in your custom lobby.
