Of course it will. History always repeats itself. Whether or not it will be in our lifetime and whether it will adopt the name "WWIII" is another story.

I think so but not in the traditional 'going to war and shipping soldiers to other countries' sense. I think it'll be more along the lines of cyber warfare but physical war isn't too far-fetched considering how messed up the world is.
