Best language to start with?

Title, just not sure what to start with, I use MYBB, and I want to get away from it

PHP is quite easy to understand and you can use some frameworks that can really help you

I've tried many languages. and most of all I like C like. Such as C #, Java, JS, etc. From my personal experience, to understand OOP, I recommend that you start with C #.

Id say python is very simple and very intuitive for humans, and easy to read.

Any programming language can be daunting to learn, especially in the beginning. I'd personally recommend JavaScript at first to complement your experience with HTML and CSS if you have any. Once you understand JavaScript and front-end development, you can then move onto node.js and then start to work on back-end development.

Python, Javascript, C# are all fairly popular languages for general coding purposes. It's a good idea to know the basics for each in addition to PHP and MyBB, but the desired work field for employment should dictate which language to primarily focus on. Javascript can be a good bet for web development; https://codingbat.com/java is a fairly useful resource for simple introductory excercises.

If you want the frontend developer route; HTML (not a language) -> CSS -> JavaScript -> Node (Express)/React/etc.
If you want the backend developer route; JavaScript -> Node (Express is a good place to start), Python -> Anything really (Django, Flask, etc..), and so many other options..

Python is a good start for Developments.

I recommend you to start with python or Js, you can learn a lot of Computer Science using python, and you can learn work with many platforms using JS (mobile, desktop, web, servers, api, streams, others)
