Disrespecting/Heckling Officers will at least just get you a warning or maybe a ticket. It is in no way actually illegal to say "Fuck the Police". Yes, the members of N.W.A. were arrested at a concert in Detroit because they sang that song, but they were arrested for "Creating a riot", not necessarily singing it .

Just because you're locked up, your rights are not taken away. From experience of course. Yeah, you get it rough, but your constitutional rights still stand.

Yeah techincally they aren't taken away, but in reality they are because no one gives a shit about you when you're inside. They can get away with a lot
