Seriously, though. Usually, after the "morning routine," I get directly on my computer and check mails. Then I check for work assignments. If I don't have those, then I do a bit of work on my website/forum. Afterwards, I will do some of the normal interactions an admin must do. When all of the "worky" stuff is done, then I will draw some, since I draw sketch cards as a part of my "job" (if you can call it that).
If there's nothing else past that, then I hop on my game and play a bit.
