I use notepad++ for my php and html/css

I hope i'm not gravedigging this post, well i used Sublime, then try'd Brackets then finally settled down to Atom you can really do pretty much anything with it good extensions good support active community and all that good stuff but what i find best about Atom is that is completely free. Couple Atom with a good front-end build system like Gulp and you are set Smile

I use Emacs for super simple stuff like basic html files. If I need a project folder and all that, then I go with Sublime.

I use vim, or sublime text 3.

I don't get why you'd want to use an IDE. Even in things you need to compile, you can compile those manually much better. I just don't see the need to load a bunch of bloaty stuff at once. With plugins you could practically turn sublime text into an IDE anyways..

Adobe Dreamweaver. Thinking to move to Atom after reading good posts about it here.

im only using Notpad++ is the best way to learn programming Wink
