How do you find backdoor's in addons

ANY IP, LINK, STEAMID ETC you find, just delete them. myself i replace the steamID's i find with my own lmao :D

Bad coded backdoors will alert you in the server console like RunString errors etc.
If you get those then its highly possible that one of your addons is compromised.

Someone could tell me any backdoor that they have found to avoid it

Depends the backdoor. Sometimes its easy to find. If you see somethng like this

its propably backdoor

try using backdoor scanners like nomalua.

Use Nomalua or install Glorified Anti-Cheat to your server addons

i dont like to use public stuff, to prevent from backdoors i use my own scripts

It depends on the script/plugin and also on the level of the backdoor, if it's a "0day" backdoor, it's hard to find it in a script.
