HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

getting ltos of sleep is good. during holidays ;2 month; i sleep about 10-12 hours a day. but when school comes back around, i gotta be lucky when ill sleep for 8 hours

I try to sleep 8 hours but usually less than 6

i havent sleep alot but its like 3 hours tbh im dead mentally

Probably 6 or 8, on weekends 10+

I never sleep more than 4 hours.

I just sleep on the night, than zero hours during the day.

around 3/4 hours, ill have eternity to sleep in a couple decades lmao

I don't like to sleep a lot, but since my sleep times are a bit bad, I usually sleep over 8-9 hours.

5-6 Hours. Anything more than that is utterly useless.

Too many. If left to my own devices it can easily be 14-16 hours. With the help of an alarm clock and a lot of self-help I can manage to get it down to 10
