How to find diamonds quick ?

From what I remember, diamonds were always dug under 16, but I might be wrong because I don't know how it is now.

Just dig down to 11 and strip mine or use x-ray lol

What Toast said - dig down to around 10-15 blocks from bedrock and begin mining in a straight line in all directions.

Stripmining is the best way, don't know since all of these ores made diamonds a whole lot rarer now

Caving is a good way to get a wide variety of ores and different things (mobs, lava/water, dungeons, etc.), but strip mining is good for consistently finding many diamonds. Mine around y=11 or y=13, but this might have changed in the newer version of Minecraft, 1.17

use a beakon, get haste 2 and a eff 5 pick and insta mine

Dig down to y 10 to 16, strip mine around and you should be able to find some with enough patience.
