#1 From the piece of shit who already taught you that The PowerPuff Girls are probably dead (or worse) and made you so depressed you wished you had never seen The PowerPuff Girls as you downed your Mountain Dew and Doritos, comes another theory -- Ed Edd n Eddy are DEAD too. Everyone in the show is... Aside from three people, but we'll get to that.
Now, to give your fragile little minds a safety helmet, the creator of Ed Edd n Eddy said that this theory wasn't true, and it's just based on his own childhood. But then again, who says he wasn't just avoiding controversy that would scare off protective parents? Cool
This is all written by me, but as with the last one, was not originally my theory.
Also, trigger warning... Unfortunately, there's a minor mention of a rape situation that occured in this theory. I don't like doing trigger warnings, but I guess it's better than site drama, isn't it? I didn't come up with what happened, and that part of it seems a little out of place... But I'm including all I can.
Okay, so the first thing I'm going to explain is the setting. These kids are in a cul-de-sac (which I didn't realize until now was the actual spelling... that's strange). There are no adults around and they're generally free to go where they want. So if they're dead, why are they in this place? It's a recreation of the kind of place (or maybe even the specific place) where they all lived before they died. Oh, and it's pretty much always summer too. Kids love summer. So what would this place be? Purgatory. A place or state of suffering inhabited by the souls of sinners who are expiating their sins before going to heaven. And have you noticed how they all have strangely colored skin and/or tongues?

For those of you thinking I have another purpose for that picture other than showing the skin/tongues (especially as it doesn't really show those so well)... You're right. I do. Each of these characters has something of their clothing/appearance relating back to a specific time between the years 1900 and 2000. So these kids have been collecting up here for 100 years, which would quite possibly be the length of time they remain in purgatory. Now, let's get to an "inconsistency" in this theory, and why it actually helps to prove the point -- The Kanker Sisters. They have normal skin and tongues, right?

Does this mean the Kankers are ordinary girls and somehow alive?... No. Not even close. They're demons. The other kids often bully Ed Edd n Eddy. These girls bully the other characters (we see more of it with Ed Edd n Eddy, but that's partially due to being in love with them, and may also be partially due to them being the protagonists of the show). It's likely that these three are demons placed in Peach Creek to torment the kids. Also, the Eds may be the weakest willed kids in the cul-de-sac, which could be attracting the demons (Kankers) to them.
Now, let me quickly go over who died and when. I don't intend to hunt down evidence, so this is simply based on what has been said here: http://www.moviepilot.com/posts/3350206
Rolf moved to Peach Creek in the early 1900s. He died when he was trampled by farm animals in 1903, so now he has a cow, a got, a few pigs and a few chickens.
Johnny moved Peach Creek during the Great Depression (1930s). Due to having no friends, he created an imaginary friend named Plank and not long after, he began a long battle with tuberculosis and ultimately died from it, taking his only friend with him.
Then it was Eddy. He moved from NY to Peach Creek during the Great Depression also. He was always swindling to try to get some quick cash, and one day was chased down to a lake by some neighborhood kids where he jumped in and drowned. He carried on his swindling in the afterlife.
When Ed and Sarah's dad died in WWII, their mother became distant. Sarah developed a bossy attitude to kind of fill their role, while Ed just distracted himself with things like TV and comics. They died in a freak car accident in 1953 and carried over these traits.
Nazz was born to hippy parents in the 1960s. She was a carefree child until a serial killer broke out of an asylum, raping and killing her entire family in the summer of 1979. She was traumatized, hence why she never does any work around the house in purgatory like the other kids do (I would personally think she was the last to die, or later chose to kill herself).
Edd, better known as Double D, grew up in the 1980s with parents who would always push him to succeed, be polite, and do everything a "good kid" should do. Due to this, he was kind of a pushover. He died, possibly from a gas leak in his chemistry set's Bunsen burner.
Kevin was born on the day that Edd died. His father was very abusive. This caused Kevin to become a bully. He was beaten by his dad in a drunken rage, and died from his injuries. Now, in purgatory, an imagined version of his father is supposedly more loving. Kevin, however, has kept the traits that made him a bully.
Finally, there's Jimmy, who grew up in the 2000s but died of leukemia at a rather young age.
So, there you have it. You're at least 5 times as depressed as you were from my PowerPuff thread. You're welcome
