HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

My sleep rhythm is completely fucked sometimes 7 hours but sometimes 3 hours, am awake at least until 2am

i think i already answered this once a while back, i'm doing way better with sleep now - still not conventional, but it hasn't been occupying most hours of the day like it did a year back.

I sleep about 5-8 hours a day.

Sometimes 8 hours sometimes like 5, and sometimes like 11.

Around 9 I think, I wanna sleep more but i got used to waking up at 6 am so that kinda sucks

I usually sleep for 8 or 7 hours a day, sometimes if i stay up to do homework then 5 hours.

i try and get like 9 but i always stay awake to long

I sleep like 4-6 hours. Due to kids I end up staying late.
