Need help on my general board

Hi guys,

I am making a promotion forum and i do not know whether to put my general discussions below my official and service board or put general in a mytab so users can click on the tab to view the general discussion board. What would seem better?

I usually see the former option more commonly implemented, so I think people would just be used to keeping it under official stuff.

I tend to make forums without the tabs option, having each forum directly below each other. However, if you plan to have aload of forums, having a tabbed forum makes it more presentable & professional looking.
