Autotune yes, no or little?

Autotune is the same as an instrument to me, on Runaway Kanye uses his voice like a distorted guitar and it's very pleasing to the ears.

Most artists use autotune I most people don't even realize it. It has become an industry standard and software is improving basically every year to make it as seamlessly as possible. The narrative that "autotune sucks" is mostly by people who don't really know the process of producing music.

It depends on how its used. Some songs are enhanced if used right but some overuse it too much which then becomes annoying.

A little autotune is always okay, but you gotta make it sound good, not some like some trash.

autotune is a pretty good plugin to use in general, it works best/sounds best when its used primarily as an instrument of sorts for the vocalist imo.

for me, using auto tune is okay as long as it is used in a creative and well-made way.

It depends on the singer, if it's carti then definitely. Dababy? nah, he might not need it.

I don't like it at all, because it makes me feel a kind of background noise in addition to an expression of speech that makes me lose concentration a lot. What should be done is to attend more singing lessons and stop with the autotune.
