The long-term effects on the brain and body make marijuana a dangerous to a lot of people, leading to negative outcomes that dont show until years later.

Eh I used to smoke a lot, now I smoke a little. I honestly think I've turned out pretty okay and it doesn't seem to have any long term health effects.

that is just obvious. Any addiction in the long term will harm your body

THC has actually been shown to slow the growth of cancer cells! But don't let that fool you, smoking anything too often can cause tar buildup in your lungsand make you cough out black shit. Don't be scared if this happens, your lungs naturally clean the moisture out of them so it's for the better that you cough it out. If this happens to you I recommend a t-break or just cutting back for a while.

Also - VERY IMPORTANT - Don't smoke resin! That black goop in your bowls is literally the tar I was talking about.

Vaping weed is the healthiest, and absolutely worth doing for a newbie over smoking. Smokers only get more out of smoking because of developed preference or because they have a weak vaporizer. If you get a really good one it'll get you more than smoking and keep your lungs clean from that tar that's caused by combustion. Bonus: After you vape weed it becomes decarbed and you can put it in food.

depends on what you're smoking, but be sure you know the breed of pot and ready for the time travel when it hits
