Do u recommend Garry's Mod?

Heyo!! I've been thinking to buy Garry's Mod but im not completely sure about it. Its a very old game and I think that the game experience will be lower than expected... I've seen it on videos and it looks cool with friends but alone? Idk, what do u think about the game?

I personally have over 2000 hours, and i think it's a great game! because you can build whatever you want, or you can browse addons! i would recommend buying it.
