Ledger Nano X without a doubt, cost you a little but you own your coins since you hold the key and no one elese.

I agree with others. BLockchain or do a paper/cold wallet. Make sure you do F2A. Put your recovery keys in a safe place too.

I used Wasabi Wallet for a while and it worked the best for me
