I could absolutely be wrong in regards to this however to my knowledge they are using rust assets, makes me think the games being coded in Unity however I think I remember them switching to source 2. Honestly not quite sure. I know Unity uses C# and Source 2 uses LUA still.

I wouldn't suggest spamming messages in every available channel. Easy way to get banned for spam or for leeching.
But here anyways. You can find the GitHub on the page as well, they go over monthly progress and show it as well. They're very open about the progress which is awesome.
