Is Outlast the best horror game ever?

I've finished Outlast at least 10 times LOL :D
And I think Outlast is the game with the best Horror Atmosphere of all time.
What do you think about this game?

I think it is the best and the proof of that is that we are still talking about this game even though it has been more than 7 years, just look at the game's graphics, story and events and you will find that it is the best in this field.
