MySQL Error 136

Okay, so whilst attempting to add myforumicons to my forum, everything ran smoothly. I had all my forums created and stuff so all I had to do was go into them and add the path to the icons. Everything was fine until I noticed that I had missed a few forums, then when I went to go create them I receive the following error:

Does anyone have any solutions?
