The quality of the service is just pretty bad.
Back when their billing system had a bug where you could get paid plans for free for lifeI got their business plan.
The ip for the hostwas in missouri I believe (I think I picked a US hosting option),it was slow, and had connection issues where the site would randomly go offline and would be online if you refreshed.
Overall even the paid plans are subpar.

Yeah. That's what I really see. Connection issues that the site will go offline unexpectedly. -_- Damn!

Are you using their free or paid plans.
If free, I'll look for something you can use as an alternative.
