after effects

I been using ae for a fat minute now but what are some tips to get better. I really been on a plateu of improvement recently

I started with After Effects in 2012 or something. BakersTuts was a great YouTube Account that helped me out there. Also look for YT tuts in general. They help a lot

I think you have heard this many times already. You just have to work with after effects and make a lot of edits to get used to the stuff that AE has. When you keep using it and keep practicing and honing your skills, you will learn in the end a lot! This is what I did when I started!

Ae is a pain in the ass. It crashes all the time and the improvement of skills over time is really slow

Follow the tutorials and especially practice for weeks to learn it is a very hard software

I dont know what to say about it, try googling

try repeating the tutorial as u watch it, put it on pip and repeat everything

After effects, like all others professionalssoftware, takes time to learn how to use it and improve your skill. If u don't want to pay for specific guides and lessons u can find tons of tutorials and if u don't use it for working u can also download tons of cracked plug-ins and scripts online (vfxdownload, goddownload, or yt links)
