Steam all day long... quicker and better UI plus refunding shit you don't want is easy quick and reliable. Can't speak for Epic

id prefer steam over epic store since it has lots of disscounts events plus other things

The only reason I use Epic Games is for the free games they offer all the time. It's what got me into the Hitman series when I got to try Hitman 1 full game for FREE and for life!
I recently grabbed Yooka-Laylee and I've been wanting to try that for years.

Steam is always, and will always be the best gaming platform for PC. Epic games is just for Fortnite, Free Games, and Unreal Engine.

Of course steam, in the epic there is absolutely no community of its own, which supports and develops, for example, just like the steam epic games.

Steam is overall better.... Epic Games Launcher, and the Store are not optimised, but i like free games every month though.

Epic does good in general for the community of devs and gamers (even if there are ulterior motives)... But they seriously need to fix their launcher.. I can't believe the amount of money they spend on free games and helping indie devs... and have an utter trash launcher. I think in general they suck at UI.. I mean their UE4 UI looks horrible.

I understand, to a degree, that you maybe want to have your code in web code and use a WebClient inside the launcher to reduce the amount of double-programing. But a "huge" company like that... And for how someone could just spend a week or two with proper planning, the whole thing could have been simplified and had a proper native client.

Steam's client is unquestionably better.
